Lynne Hollett RMT

Attention Awesome Clients!

The rumours are true, the Ministry of Health has lifted some of its restrictions and RMT’s are allowed to reopen. However, for the month of June, it will be a very soft opening and I will only be seeing critical cases. There are a lot of regulations and requirements that health care professionals need to put in place to keep people safe and your patience and understanding is appreciated at this time.

I plan to open up to the rest of my existing clientele in July. I will not be taking on new clients at that time. If you would like to call or email me for an appointment, please do so.

There are several changes to the operation of my clinic:

  1. Clean masks are required to be worn during your entire visit. You are welcome to bring your own disposable or reusable cloth mask. If you do not have one or forget, I can provide one for you at cost. If you do not believe you can tolerate a mask, please contact me beforehand and we can go through some options.
  2. When you arrive for your appointment, the door may be locked if I am not quite ready for you. Please have your mask on before you enter and immediately sanitize your hands upon arrival.
  3. You will be emailed a COVID-19 screening questionnaire 12-24 hours prior to your appointment. Plus, you will be asked COVID-19 screening questions again upon your arrival.
  4. Please try not to bring anyone else with you. If you need to bring someone, please note that they will be subject to the same screening questions and clinic protocols including signing a visitor’s log.
  5. There will be no need to worry about social distancing, as I will only have one client in the clinic space at a time. There will be 30-45 minutes in between each client to facilitate cleaning protocols.
  6. To minimize the amount of paper handling, receipts will be scanned and emailed along with your next scheduled appointment. Although I will still accept cash, please consider debit or e-transfer as an alternative.

Everything will be done in order to keep you safe. However, please remember that there is no such thing as zero risk.

I look forward to seeing you all again!
